Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Cloud Platform
We currently utilize it across all departments in our facility. It is a great tool that allows collaboration real-time when we cant meet face to face. The ability to work together remotely has been key to keeping us as productive as possible. The problem with old shared files and information has been eliminated.

- More flexibility of Forms use
- Constant name changes need to slow down
- Signing into more than one account is difficult
- Positive is the constant updates that keep security and features up to date
- Positive is the ability to pick and choose a la cart the feature set that is best for each employee
- Negative the cost do not adjust as you buy in bulk
- Zoho Assist and Zoho Mail
Zoho does a decent job but is lacking in the refinement of its product. The cost point is much lower so this is not really unacceptable if you realize that when purchasing. The feature uses are harder to navigate and making changes requires a little more digging as they are not quite as easy to find.
