It is being used across the whole organization to help us to integrate with [the] existing SAP system to expense tracking and management to be easy.
Pros
- It's interface is so easy to use
- It's control of expenses and approvals is easy with it
- It's easy to track receipt with it
- It's easy to upload invoices integration with credit cards
Cons
- Sometimes it's hard to ask them on customization report
- It has better expenses management
- It makes approval process easier in the organization
- Accounts payable has been made easier with it
- Coupa Supply Chain Design & Planning (Llamasoft) and Sage Intacct
I like the fact that the workflows are seamless and go straight to those that need to approve, unlike other similar competitors. Also, its price was much reasonable compared to other competitors thus making it to be more affordable to work with it.
