Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We are using ConnectWise Control to configure multiple photo booths we owned before deploying in events. During events, we can easily check what's happening on the screen, if it's idle or super busy. If there's a problem in one of our booths, our attendant will just call the base and we will fix it right away remotely. It will minimize the downtime during events. Most of our attendants can do the events but they are not tech savvy to learn everything.
- I like the ConnectWise Control layout compared to other software. It is easy to understand the first time using it. All you have to do is double click on the list of computers and that's it. You're in control.
- There's not much delay even if the computer is on the other side of the country. It's well optimized in low bandwidth or sketchy connections (using a mobile phone in the mountains).
- Automatic install of updates to the client version.
- Remove the screenshot or make it blank when you are not connected to the client. I can still see the screen 30 days ago since I last connected.
- We usually check the attendants after setting up the booth. If we saw on the screen that the camera is not focused, we will call them right away to fix it manually. Having a fuzzy output will not make our clients happy. We monitor everything.
- We haven't had a client refund or humiliation from an event because we can control everything from the base. While the event is ongoing, someone is fixing the problem with all the resources from the base instead of sending the person on-site.
- TeamViewer, ASG-Remote Desktop and VNC
We selected ConnectWise Control because of the ease of use, clean interface plus stability.
First time using ConnectWise Control, I didn't need someone to ask for help or teach me how to do it.
I like the way it looks, or should I say the interface, about which I'm very particular. If you are an organized person, you know what I mean.
Since we started using it, not a single crash. Stability is important when we are giving support to our attendants during events.
