Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise is used across the entire organization to provide remote assistance to our offices and users. It allows us to assist with issues without staff present at all locations.

Pros

  • Remote Command Execution
  • Easy Ad-hoc Remote Sessions

Cons

  • Deployment
  • Reduction of Lag
  • Update to console UI
  • Reduced need to staff
  • Quickly resolve issues
Features were comparable but price was better with ScreenConnect
It works well across most OSs. Sometimes it struggles with multi-monitor setups.
