Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass

We use CrowdCompass to create a cohesive transition from our registration to the event, through their event mobile app capabilities. It allows us to customize the app design for our clients, without having to spend an arm and a leg on creating a new app. It allows our attendees to stay connected while onsite and get up to date information on the event schedule.
  • Customization of design
  • Realtime updates
  • Collecting insights for sponsors and clients.
  • It would be nice if you could white label the app.
  • Do live check-ins for attendees
  • Further customization and links to sponsor sites.
  • Better onsite communication with attendees.
  • Live updates to a mass group.
  • Better analytics for sponsors and clients on their ROI.
CrowdCompass is easy to use as it integrates seamlessly with Cvent, which provides a one-stop-shop from site selection to registration, and now to also have the app component onsite. I have found that it is much easier to use than other similar products, and is great that it integrates with other platforms.
It is very easy to get support when using CrowdCompass. I have always found when I have a a question my account manager is quick to get back to me. There are also forums on Cvent to ask questions about the platform and other users are able to respond with suggestions.

Would you buy CrowdCompass again?

Yes

CrowdCompass is perfect for clients who would benefit from using an app on-site for their event. Really an event that has multiple moving parts, like a conference or seminar. CrowdCompass is great for customization without having to pay a ridiculous price for a custom app. Where it does potentially fall short is for clients who want their own white-labeled app that is highly customizable from a back-end perspective.
