Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
I am part of the Marketing department of my company, but I am the only event planner there. Consequently I am the only one using CrowdCompass.
I use this tool for the 2 annual conferences my company is hosting. These events are forums for our clients in order for them to learn, share their experience and network. Our clients describe them as family gatherings. After 10 years, the events grew quite a lot and the networking part became a bit more tricky, especially for the new participants. Finding the people that share the same topics of interest and challenges in only two days was no more simple. Besides we also introduce in the agenda a specific time for appointments for which we needed some technical support.
The need for an event app with some advanced functionalities became clear two years ago and this is when we decided to use CrowdCompass.

- Reporting - basic reports integrated but for more in-depth reports you need to ask them to your account manager.
- Higher satisfaction rate at our events which translates into loyalty to our company on long-term.
- Higher level of engagement in our client community throughout the year thanks to the connections made during our events.
- Gain of time in my daily tasks as an event planner.
Compared to Whova, CrowdCompass offered me way more functionalities even if not all of them were useful for me at the beginning. It was offering me more flexibility and evolution possibilities which ended up being needed quickly.

Yes - I am not facing bugs but sometimes I have specific questions ans requests and my Mobile Solutions Specialist is always available for me and if she does not have an answer right away, she always comes back to me on the same day with a solution. I am pretty impressed in how fast they are answering and also flexible to always answer my needs.

- First one was before the event, and I wanted to be able to add specific tags to each attendee's profile so they can search for each others based on topics of interest in the attendees list. The app is not exactly designed to allow this, but my support contact found a way around that worked really well and enhance considerably the networking part of my event.
- Second one was during my event, suddenly I could not access anymore the app as a regular attendee on my cell phone which was annoying to preview what I was doing as an admin in a hidden mode. I called my support contact who was busy and had not time but understood the urgency of the situation. She rearranges her schedule to get back to me asap and assist me. She solved the issue in a couple of minutes.
