Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use it mostly in just my department (conferences and events), but other departments (development and marketing) rely on it for data on events as well.
  • Easy to build a registration with different paths for different types of registrants.
  • Professional looking webpages.
  • Pulling reports is a breeze.
  • Some features of standard events are not available in Flex yet, which has been frustrating at times.
  • Cvent customer support has on occasion not responded promptly, even when "escalating" our case.
  • Unclear who to contact at times.
  • Saves time, and time = money.
  • The Cvent community lets our users train themselves, rather than always having to take the time to individually train new users.
  • Helps us give our registrants a simple, smooth process.
I have not used any others since I am new to the events industry.

Cvent Event Management is great for building application based events! Honestly, I can't think of a scenario where it would not work well!

  • Easy attendee management
  • Reporting to stakeholders
  • We use it to build nice looking event websites.
  • We utilize the reporting to create reports for key stakeholders, donors, and executive team.
  • We want to start making use of the survey function, which we do not currently use.
We are definitely renewing. Cannot imagine how hard it would be to pull off what we do without Cvent!

We were in a time crunch with an event the very next day and Cvent support worked to correct an issue and overnight mail us a necessary part of On Arrival Event in a Box that was missing.
