Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion
Our organization uses DataMotion Secure Email for all emails containing sensitive attachments. We also offer the option for our clients to access it to send info to us that they feel is classified or sensitive. One of the features we prize is the access to when folks have opened and downloaded from our emails. It has proven helpful many times.

Our clients have become accustomed to our DM emails.
It was so long ago that we evaluated other products before choosing this one that I cannot recall.
Due to our staff being less savvy when it cones to security, we have opted for not integrating DM into our regular email.

I have not needed premium support. The product works well with very few glitches.
