Overall Satisfaction with DemandTools
While the data dedupe portions are used company wide, we mainly use the tool in the SF admin roles. It has simplified data uploads and corrections for us, as well as data downloads for reports and analysis. We also use it for the people import function when we have lists from sales people to upload.

- Copy down on power GRID versus having to scroll down the list.
- Sort before removing duplicates.
- Time savings to perform system admin work.
- Cleaner data for the Sales team.
- Immediate upload of lists from shows which translates to immediate targeted marketing.
It has been years since we looked at other tools, and while I know we reviewed four different solutions when we picked Demand Tools, it has been so long I don't remember who. We are so happy with the product, we have not gone to search for any other alternatives since we started using it over 5 years ago.
