Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
Our company recently implemented DocuSign as we often have agreements and licenses to share and cosign with clients and vendors. DocuSign makes it so much easier than printing, signing, scanning and saving in secure locations. It is a time-saver while also making sure that we have legally executed documents on file. Not to mention that it saves lots and lots of paper!
- Easy to implement
- No training needed on use!
- Other clients and vendors use so it's seamless
- Super easy to add additional users across the company
- We have not found any ways to improve yet! (Just rolled out in the past 6 months, but so far, so good!)
- Eliminates the need for multiple paper copies
- Eliminates the need to scan copies
- No need to save copies in multiple places on a server or personal files
- Much more secure and legally binding than previous methods of getting signed copies when needed
- Much quicker turnaround on sending and receiving signed copies
We did not have another product. That meant copies were sent out with signature lines for signature, cosign, copy, scan, then saving in a file somewhere. This eliminated all of that!
