Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it for sharing text and graphic files between our design department and the rest of our company. Helps when a new employee joins our team, they have immediate access to all of our files, from their desktop or their phone.
Pros
- Easy to use and access, from desktop AND mobile.
- I also use it for personal use!
Cons
- NOT ENOUGH SPACE!!!
- Increase efficiency - able to locate passwords and files for multiple accounts easily and quickly.
- Reduces sending emails back and forth all over the place.
- Not enough space to continue to use on a grand scale.
