Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox for nearly everything. The signature and the scan feature really streamline our business. I also like that I can create Google Sheets and Docs links in Dropbox. I don't think we will likely make the change to Google Drive or any other product in the near future.

- Better interface with Google docs, it was a little confusing to get started
- It is a little confusing when the file is on the web and you cannot attach it to emails/etc
- Somtimes when saving files it is cumbersome to get to see all of the options.
- Obtaining signatures for individuals traveling
- Scanning in documents when your phone is the only device you have
- Storing files without needing hardware/space
Dropbox is more intuative and user friendly. Google Drive feels rigid, and will basically only allow you to do things the way it is already set up.
