Sharing files with clients and internal associates, storing video and photograph stock footage, commercials and video production, creative materials, photoshop and premier pro files, creative workflows, storing business information.

- Originally, business account did not have a 'cap' on the maximum amount of storage you could use. This was a huge deal for a drone, video footage, stock photo company. Now they now longer offer it unless you pay considerably more.
- Sometimes Dropbox gets stuck syncing large sets of files and will stay at 2,000,000 - 3,000,000 for days ever though no changes have been made to the folders or files
- Generative AI to interact with your files, photos, and videos by simply asking it questions, such as How many photos were taken in Italy? What types of cities do I have drone footage of? What clients have we worked with over the past 18 months?
- Collaboration is a huge value
- Sharing unlimited sized files is important for videos
- Seeing SOWs being shared across clients and getting signatures is nice
- Being able to to do video workflows with Replay with client feedback built in
Dropbox offered more storage at a lower price.
