Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox in my business as a real estate professional to store files securely. I am able to access client files and company files using whatever computer and at any location I choose. I have been a Dropbox user now for many many years. I don't have any intention of not using Dropbox. I also use Dropbox to store all of our family photos and files. I definitely recommend Dropbox.

Pros

  • I can upload files from the app on my phone.
  • Dropbox shows my recent files I have opened for quick access.
  • Dropbox provides me more than enough storage space at an affordable rate.

Cons

  • I suppose it would be better if I knew how to use a signing app through Dropbox.
  • Dropbox could educate me more on the features I haven't used so far.
  • Dropbox could offer up price discounts when I refer someone to their service.
  • I have been able to share files on Dropbox through my phone which is convenient for my work clients.
  • I love using Dropbox on my desktop primarily because of it syncing everywhere, and not having to be tied to using the web based version.
  • Since I am able to run my business with Dropbox being one of my main tools, it has been definitely a good return on my investment.
I find that it is pretty easy to use on different devices. I like that it is all synced up in one, making it accessible anywhere. I can jump on the website at home and get what I need. I especially like accessing it through the desktop app at my office. That is where I use it mostly.
I don't seem to use or want to use One Drive. I don't want to buy more Apple Cloud space. I am not that familiar with any other storage applications other than these 2 and Dropbox. But, it is always Dropbox for me! It's the only answer to any question regarding storage space.

I find Dropbox to be easily accessible from many different devices. I like using the Dropbox application on my phone. I also like using Dropbox on my desktop computer, specifically not the web based version but the application I can use on my desktop computer. I don't really find that Dropbox is less appropriate in any way.
