Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox is used to store almost all Financial and Operations documents. Saves office space and is quick to access. Its also easy to share access with other colleagues both in the field and HQ offices. I also use it for personal information such as all folders with photos and large documents.

Pros

  • Provides large storage capacity

Cons

  • Best if Auto scanning could be included so that all folders are scanned automatically
  • Increase download speed
  • Introduce two step verification when accessing folders so as to prevent hackers
  • Positive impact is flexibility of the system
  • Can access files from anywhere in the world
  • I do not need to carry my computers or hard drives to access my work
Dropbox works well even in areas with unstable internet. Easy to use menu because Dropbox does not require any process and procedures to be done to access folder. Just open and you have your whole archive at your disposal. The fact that you can use Dropbox offline is an added advantage that the system brings on board
Though Google Drive Offers more space, the subscription is higher and can not be used off line. Teams when associated with One Drive works well but can not be used offline. Therefore Dropbox is user friendly and cost effective Dropbox sees more secure as I have not yet experienced any breach

1. Dropbox is the best in terms of storage, security and speed to download and upload documents 2. Security concerns since hackers are improving attacks every time 3. Government departments are hesitation to use Dropbox citing security issues 4. Need to change payment plans to allow access to more storage space at a lower cost
