Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I am a teacher. I use Dropbox to share files with my coworker for classes we both teach. Dropbox allows us to share all file types. I feel more secure using Dropbox compared to Google Drive.

Pros

  • share files
  • syncs to other devices
  • easy to use on phone

Cons

  • open documents without making me download and save it
  • I currently use the free version
Dropbox is easy to use on multiple devices. Its ability to sync to multiple device types is invaluable.
I believe Dropbox offers more flexiblity with storage. I also feel that Drobox is a more secure way to save files.

I have a document where I store sensitive information. Sometimes I need to access that information away from a computer. I love that I can easily access DropBox on my phone.
