Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use it to organize all the important files in my life: work, home, and side gigs. At work it is a more secure way to share large files, and a personal backup of important documents that have been lost on other systems. At home it is a huge site for storing everything including sharing videos and pictures. Finally it is far and away the most comprehensive way to store and organize work for collaboration.
Pros
- Backup that does not let down
- Infinitely compatible sharing
- Great cost to storage ratio
Cons
- Just recently I have had sync conflict folders. Not sure why after years I am just seeing this.
- Sometimes other run out of space because of what I share.
- It works so easily and seamlessly that I have time to do the fun stuff
- Allows me to easily collaborate.
Dropbox is far and away the best file sharing platform. All other have crippling storage limits or significant downtime and sync issues.
