we are a real estate management and acquisition and development office. We save files and folders per property per tenant all a documentations
we also share it with our remote workers and save PDFs and Excel sheets and only information we need invoices and leases and Renewal’s purchase offers and surveys and environment

One of the main features Dropbox had very early that it syncs to the folder on the desktop itself on the desktop computer. That’s a very big thing. It makes it feel like you’re part of the file system on a computer. It’s not online. We use it most of the time on the computer itself only once in a while we go online and one of the great things is also on my iPhone so on the go it’s for you as a friendly so it’s very good when I get a file by email or by WhatsApp or anything I can always save it to Dropbox on my iPhone on the go others don’t have it so easily and then the permission is very clear as simple so I can have some folders private only for myself, someone with my remote workers so it’s great sharing also with those others great because you can have a link or export to send the actual PDF so this is amazing and the other ones don’t don’t have
