Overall Satisfaction with Emburse Chrome River

we use it to do expense reports for any time of purchases and travel, government per diem, and anything spent on our travel card
  • user friendly
  • has wizards for some items
  • the user face is newer
  • lots of options when it comes to different expenses
  • the receipt area sometimes matches wrong
  • sometimes expenses come in and are wrongly identified
  • fast and easy return in expenses
  • faster reimbursements
users can easily navigate this on web and mobile, super easy for those on the road traveling to submit receipts
Chrome River seams more updates and the matching of expenses and receipts is something i don't remember Concur doing
there are so many wizards and help functions with Chrome River
it is very user friendly and does a lot of things for you such as match expenses to receipts, organize and label, and the user face is newer and easier to use
