Overall Satisfaction with Everhour

Everhour is currently being used across our entire organization and is primarily used for reporting time spent per client. It helps us to better project employee utilization and estimated billing for clients.

Pros

  • Reporting.
  • Ease of use.

Cons

  • Unable to customize daily/weekly summary emails.
  • Gained full insight into actual time spent vs. estimated for more accurate client billing.
  • Identified more productive employees.
Everhour is the most user-friendly time tracking app that we have used, which is more motivating for employees to continue using it. We'll often have hundreds of tasks being worked on during a given day, and we love that Everhour makes it simple to integrate into Asana (our project management system). The simpler the system, the better employee adoption rates! Reporting is also more straightforward and easier to create than we have found with other time tracking software.
I haven't had to contact Everhour support because their help articles have answered every question that our team has had thus far!

We currently use Everhour within Asana, and it is so convenient and easy for employees to track all time spent per client, per project, and even per task! It offers a super convenient interface within Asana, and you avoid any extra clicks trying to track progress across multiple platforms.

We use Everhour's integration with Asana, and when Asana released a platform update (for which there was no notice given), Everhour immediately sent out an email alert to our entire team about how to update our Everhour extensions so that it would remain compatible with Asana. Their resolution was almost immediate, and they were able to communicate the error and solution to my entire team so that I didn't have to follow up with everyone one-by-one to get us back up and running. It was great!

      Yes, I have! I am still working on finding the best solution to use this feature as there are a few limitations. For example, I would like to send a report daily to our Team Manager with the team's performance over the current month to date. I've found that when the recurrence of the email export (daily) doesn't match the timeline within the report (this month), that the actual exported report doesn't follow the proper timeline. Perhaps there is a workaround that I'm missing?

        the custom period of the report export is planned, so it will be more than send it every week or month.
