We use Intuit Field Service Management in creating work orders for our residents reporting maintenance issues in their homes. This helps us provide timely responses to resident complaints and avoids possible legal threats or escalations.

- It allows the user to attach photos which are helpful in the nature of work we have.

- We are unable to attach videos in the work orders
- Photo attachments should only limited to a certain file size.
- Freedom of the user to customize the fields based on the need of the company
- Allows the user the view all the information on one page which saves time and effort.

- This tool helps reduce the possibility of legal responsibilities due to unattended maintenance issues.
