The perfect time saver for IT, and perfect brand tool for marketing!

The business had a big issue of having various waves of a totally different Marketing team over the years, all with different agreed branding styles and typeface. Coupled with a stretched IT department, this became the perfect storm for a wildly varying array of email signatures within the organisation. Some contained heavily outdated contact methods, some were simply in plain text, and some in completely wrong colours and branding. Exclaimer allows us to combat this entirely within one tool.

Scheduling email templates is a great feature to use if you are using your email signature as a promotional/sales tool. We set our Christmas out of office banners/messages up to a year in advance then they are already set to go live the second we hit December. I have not used any of the other features mentioned above.

I am not sure as to what extent Exclaimer complies with in terms of security. I excpect that in order to have an API that hooks into your 365 enviroment, Exclaimer will likely have to adhere to certain Microsoft standards so that the two systems can talk. However this is an assumption, but I assume at the very least Exclaimer will be vetted by Microsoft before being approved.
