Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
We use it for all purchases made outside of accounting. We tracking, forecast, and do expenditures and budgets from Expensify. We also use it to review and approve purchases made offsite too. Expensify lets us see real time what our satellite offices are spending, where they're spending, how they're spending, and what they are using. It's a very important metric when doing annual budgets.

I think Expensify literally blows the competition out of the water, the other software packages are a pain to use, aren't reliable, and are often cumbersome. The ease of use alone makes this product stand head and shoulders above the competition, you can literally get to whatever you need to do within seconds which is perfect.

I wouldn't the product works well for our needs, and I think our implementation went extremely well.

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - We are now able to better more effectively track expenses, whereas previously the end of the month expenses was a huge pain and a cumbersome process now it can be done in mere minutes with minimal hassles That alone made Expensify the ideal platform for us.

No, we did not. We don't feel that we need it enough to warrant the expenditure.
Yes - It's sometimes been problematic with the logins, and with users who lock themselves out but thankfully I have been able to get this resolved quickly with their support.
I had a Project Manager who struggled to login, problems daily, wrote to the concierge, worked with them, along with providing some additional training to the Program Manager, and within a couple of hours they were back in Expensify tracking their expenses.
