Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify to manage all of our internal and client-related expenses. Our team frequently purchases software licenses, cloud resources, and hardware using designated project budgets. It’s essential that all these expenses are accurately tracked and assigned to the correct client accounts. We also log our business travel and team event costs here for proper reimbursement and auditing.

Expensify is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. Submitting expenses, attaching receipts, and tagging reports are all streamlined processes. The mobile app is especially well-designed, allowing quick submissions on the go, and features like SmartScan make receipt handling effortless.
The only reason it’s not a perfect 10 is due to the slight learning curve for first-time users when navigating advanced features like policy settings or report grouping. However, once familiar, it becomes second nature.
