Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
Submitting and paying expenses on a timely and efficient manner. It's very important to ensure accurate reporting and expense review and approval is accounted for. Expensify does this very well and highly recommend this product to any organization. I've tried and evaluated many products , Expensify sits on top from our selection team.

This product is much better to use than fresh books. the user interface is very modern and very intuitive and easy to use. I wish the other organizations I worked at would have used this software instead and I could get my expenses paid timely. The reporting is excellent and highly informative.

The mobile app makes it very easy to use and scan and submit the expenses. Highly recommended product for your organization.
2 - Our it team takes care of Expensify and it's quite an easy product to maintain, not much support is really required or needed except for updates. Any internal it team will be able to take care of Expensify easily with a little bit of training and practice. I'd say it's not a demand or stress on your current it team to add and implement this product. Expensify.

Evaluating Expensify and Competitors
Yes - We wanted to replace a custom home made solution, which is cloud based, easy to update, easy to deploy and easy to implement. Of course it's also very easy to use with a new clean user interface. This helps users enter and scan their expense receipts easy without hassle. Highly recommended over other products.

The above factors are important because we want a cloud solution that doesn't involve hardware. We want updates when there are new features and functions and we want Expensify to integrate with other systems. But the ease of use and the modern interface helps user submit their expenses easily and efficiently.
If I had to do it again, I wish I saw this product first, then my organization wouldn't need to waste time with the evaluation and selection process of looking and spending time looking at other products besides Expensify. This is a highly recommended product for I can see many organizations.

Yes - The mobile interface works well and I like the ability to scan and take photos of my receipts easily and on the go. The ability to be able to submit receipts and expenses while on a business trip is amazing and get's approved quickly and reimbursed. I love the mobile interface and highly recommended
