Overall Satisfaction with Formstack Forms
We use standard forms for every day tasks such as equipment cleaning checklists, standard work checklistsWe have created a stock ordering system via Workflow with the use of PDF extracts for delivery notes, we have integrated this across several departments.We have also created several reporting dashboards on Tableau using a link to many of our forms

- Workflows only allowing single users to access forms at one time
- I think design of form appearance is lacking
- In our experience, very poor technical support
- Positive impact - less time wasted with front line staff and clients
- Positive impact - easy to use forms so very little training required
- Negative impact - in our experience, very poor technical support so backup systems have to be put in place
Cheaper than most alternatives and very easy to use
