Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales
I used Freshsales to track our new business and set up workflows based on specific points of the deal. I also used it to store customized client data, as well as to connect our G Suite email account up with the CRM so that we could obtain an overview of communication on the clients' respective CRM pages.

Freshsales was better than all the above for us but tied with Zoho. Zoho won because of its countless add-on apps, not because of price. However, price-wise, it was better than all the rest for what you get with Freshsales. For us, the main benefit of Freshsales was comprehensiveness and ease of use.
