Overall Satisfaction with GetAccept

We use GetAccept as an e-signature solution for contracts and IRS documents. We were trying to utilize for proposals and engagement letters, but it didn't fit our workflow.

  • Beautiful UI
  • Great Dashboard
  • Templates are not created within the program
  • There are two modes--sales and signature--which is confusing.
  • Program is confusing at times
  • Made the signature process more efficent
  • Introduced signature by SMS
GetAccept has more features and a better dashboard. We moved from PandaDoc because of the SMS and video capabilities of GetAccept.
The support staff has been wonderful, but certain limitations in the software made my call unsuccessful.

GetAccept is well suited for a high-velocity sales professional/team that issues many proposals per month. The application may be overkill for an independent contractor or firm that doesn't have a comprehensive sales plan.
