Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We use Gist (previously ConvertFox) as our live chat software for the website.

Allows our site visitors easy access to us 24/7 and the web app or smartphone app mean we can deal with queries easily and quickly.

  • built our reputation for customer service
All good options from the many we reviewed.but Gist provided best mix of cost and functionality
For SME online retailers Gist is a great piece of kit. It's helped convert a lot of sales by helping us deal with customer queries quickly where they may have otherwise exited.
