Gong has provided incredible insight into our call performance and interactions with customers. Having the calls measured is a valuable tool to help employee performance and give the ability for others to learn from each other. The ability to relisten to any calls and share notes of where improvement is needed or just giving a high five to great interactions is so valuable for a company to improve performance.
