We use Gong to measure call performances for training, demos, and check-in calls with customers who use our software. This enables us to review calls in detail for self-improvement and training purposes.

This service is so easy to use and integrates well with Zoom and Salesforce! No training is required to be able to search calls, share them internally or with customers! It's so user-friendly and Gong sends you updates so you can follow up on the previous day's calls.
Gong has provided incredible insight into our call performance and interactions with customers. Having the calls measured is a valuable tool to help employee performance and give the ability for others to learn from each other. The ability to relisten to any calls and share notes of where improvement is needed or just giving a high five to great interactions is so valuable for a company to improve performance.

Gong is best for any call-centered work to be able to measure performance so you can improve and train. Specifically when on a call- I can see who spoke more and what words were overused repeatedly which helps improve the quality of the next call.
