Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong to record every single call I can and it's important for many reasons: I can focus on the customer and don't need take care about taking notes I can just listen the specific parts of the call after and it's easy to check who was talking in each moment - save time Gong sends alerts and suggestions to talk to the customers again and don't forget deals stuck There are really good metrics about the way the meeting was guided, if just one person spoke and if important things like next steps were aligned.

Really accurate. Gong understands if a specific deal is at risk considering the time the sellers don't talk to a specific customer. If the deal is closing in the current quarter and the seller didn't have any contact with the customer during the quarter the risk is high, for example.
I don't know other products that do the same as Gong.
