Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to record conversations with customers. Gong allows us to focus on the conversation without the distraction of taking detailed notes --- we rely on Gong's transcripts to go back and capture notes.
  • Searching keywords within calls
  • Seeing history of all communication (i.e. calls, emails) within an account or contact
  • Call transcripts
  • Voice recognition could stand improving --- a lot of words are incorrectly recorded in the transcripts
  • Increased Revenue
  • More impactful sales calls
  • Easier account transfers
If Gong can improve its underlying voice recognition technology and produce more accurate call transcripts --- it's a 10 for me!

Gong is a complete game changer for account managers. I can attribute a lot of my recent success to being able to go back and capture notes from customer calls recorded on Gong. Customers appreciate it because they don't have to repeat themselves and answer questions twice. I can't imagine working without Gong.
