We utilize Gong in conjunction with Zoom, so our team can give its undivided focus to our prospective clients. In addition, we utilize Gong's coaching and analysis tools to improve future performance.

Simple UI and frictionless UX.
Gong's insights have been a strong value add and have led to improved engagements and interactions. Specifically as it relates to questions, pauses, indicators, monologues and customer stories.

Gong is very effective for external prospect/client meetings. Eliminating the need to take handwritten notes while speaking with a prospect has led to better interactions and engagements, ultimately shortening the sales cycle. Furthermore the ability to reference a meeting has been highly effective for training and on-boarding new personnel.
