Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is used for sales enablement, coaching, note-taking, sales process management, and process improvement. The automatic transcription of sales calls, as well as the way to watch videos back in double, or triple time is very helpful for reviewing calls for things you may have missed on the first pass. The ai functionality which divides out speakers, and topics covered makes review very simple.

- Meetings booked last minute have to be uploaded after the fact
- Sharing recordings with customers could be easier
- Email threads when there are conversations with multiple people related to an opp can get messy in the timeline view
As stated in my previous comments, Gong is very user-friendly, and makes the job of any sales professional easier. The timeline view is simple and clean and the interface for Gong is intuitive and easy to learn. Beyond that, the reminders that Gong sends are helpful, and timely in the sales process.
Gong regularly provides actionable insights from tagging buying cues, pricing conversations, next steps, and reminding when to follow-up or sales force opportunities that are "at-risk" or cold. Gong's ai is helpful and provides meaningful insights that assist me in my role. The email reports and in-tool functionality around these types of insights are both valuable.
It is my opinion that the overall user interface and usability of the Gong interface are better in almost every way. While on paper these two platforms do many of the same things, Gong does them all better and in a more user-friendly manner. Some things Gong does not do, like track opens, or allow for email cadences.

I think that any sales professional will be better at their job with Gong. We use this for anything from pipeline management, engagement, and sales training. If a new AE, AM, or BDR inherits an account it is VEY helpful to be able to efficiently and easily rewatch calls and see the history with a client in an easy to navigate timeline view.
