Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong has been a great contributor to the way we reflect, review, and learn from our work. Gong helps us assess and identify behaviors - ones that need to be repeated and also the ones that need to be rectified. The stats provided are a great starting point for any individual to get clarity on the areas one needs to improve upon. Overall, this has been a game-changer for us. It helps in the ramping up of newer members and also provides them with a glimpse of how the other members handle the customer interactions.
  • Helps understand if we are understanding the right questions and baking them into the conversation
  • Helps understand if we are handling the objections well
  • Helps understand if we are closing the call well by calling out the important action items
  • In languages other than English, the translation is not upto the mark
  • Has helped in helping the team members identify the areas of improvement by providing them specific examples
  • Has helped the newer members as they can listen to snippets of conversations of the other senior members and learn from it
  • Makes coaching easier
Once it is set up, there is absolutely no more work needed to be done from our side
