Overall Satisfaction with Gong
There are many roles that tied to one account, but not everyone is able to join all client calls. Gong is great because I can re-watch calls to remember key points that were discussed or I can review calls from years ago that I need context about (ie: onboarding experience). This breaks down all silos and gives information to any user of Gong.
- Easy to find past calls
- Search feature to locate important areas of calls
- Gives the entire team transparency on account details
- I like sending emails from my own ESP. If Gong had an easy way to copy all meeting attendees email addresses in one click, that would be great.
- A ton of saved time
- Huge amount of stress avoided
- Peace of mind
- I would assume that without Gong, I could have easily lost deals
I am on the customer success side of the house, so I don't benefit as much from the actionable insights. I think this may be more beneficial for the sales team members, but not entirely sure.
For my specific role, I haven't leveraged this feature as much. I'm sure this could be helpful for executive teams though.
I thought that Gong's interface was better and more user friendly than other tools I've used in the past.
