Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record meetings we hold with prospects and active clients. Gong allows us to study our conversations/discovery calls with prospects to improve our discovery. It's also handy for note-taking or filling out notes, as you have the recording handy to supplement your notes.

- Easy UI/UX on e.g. audio share in a convo.
- Translation in non english language (e.g. Dutch).
- Time saving.
- Upskilling AE squad.
- Help converting deals through better deal management.
Gong helps in reviewing conversations with customers and getting a better gauge on a meeting/discovery, especially if you are in a role where you have many discoveries per week. You can easily forget what exactly went down for a deal. It's handy to be able to match notes with an actual recording to be fully up to speed.
It is hard to answer; it is more something for the AE managers.
