Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong and it's full enterprise features to review deals. Project closing ratio's, and to coach each other on a peer level. This has proven amazing for growth and improvements.
My favorite piece is the AI summary. I basically copy this into an email and then clean it as a recap for the customer. Helps with timelines, a joint execution plan, and accountability.

- Speed to access the call
- Searching for specific calls
- I've closed more deals
- our org has improved closed ratios
- recaps and post mortem of a deal is much simpler
100% I've used the results from gong to make an action plan. Much cleaner than trying to keep notes or to make a "Next Steps" plan. Just review what was recorded and then you are off to the races. Many of my customers give insights or agree to things that I might have missed. Even speeding up a timeline because I could hammer down to a specific date.
This hasn't been as relevant. My customer base is very dispirit. So the needs don't carry over to each one. I believe that if we had more in the same industry the trends may become more evident. I'm not saying gong couldn't do this just saying in my particular role it's not as clear.
Gong crushes the auto zoom recordings. They are nice, but we don't have access to any analysis. So that makes it much different to get any value. At that point it is just a note taker. Gong really does help you get more done! Our support team uses chorus as well as a co pilot of some sort. Neither are as good.
