Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong for the call capabilities and the amazing call analysis it gives. It saves us a lot of time as we do not have to go back and listen to calls in full and can skip to specific areas or review the highlights, key points or the Outline of the call. Very helpful.

Because overall it is a great platform that is solid and super helpful!
I do not use Gong to help close deals. I use it for product feedback and account reviews. So, this really does not apply to me or what I use Gong for when recording my meetings.
It is very helpful because it highlights things and actions the client requests so it is easier to go back to teams so we can get them implemented. We use these calls to share internally and with our clients to review what was said, for support in the future, etc.
None of the platforms have what gong has for recording calls, giving an overview of the call, or a to-do list based off the call. It has so many great features that we use for our daily operations to help with client requests, needs and training. I really think gong is a great platform and a wonderful tool.

Honestly, we love using Gong for the key points and highlights that it provides for all calls we have with clients. It saves us a lot of time. Probably my favorite feature. I also really like the share feature and how you can edit how long a client will have access to the videos.

Using Gong

8 - We have our Sales team, Customer Success team and Research team use Gong for all calls. We use Gong for various reasons and utilize its capabilities as much as we can to save time and be more efficient for our daily work flows, updates and needs.
8 - I hope I am understanding this correctly. But all who have access on our team to gong use it on an on-going basis. We use it for all of our calls, internally and externally. As I said, it is a great tool to use internally and externally for needs and wants by clients or our team. It gives us great information to go back to and or share with teams that need to better understand what was requested.

I was not the one that found gong and made the decision to purchase. However, after being a key person to use it, I will be an advocate for keeping it as a tool we use.

Gong Training

Yes, it was extremely easy to learn. I am still finding new features that I didn't know about everyday which is very exciting!

I have not had to use the support feature with gong yet. So, I can not accurately give a detailed response.
I am honestly not sure what support package we have as I was not apart of the purchasing part of gong.
I have not used gong support yet. I have had a great experience and have not had the need to reach out to their support team.

Gong Reliability

It is a great app and software to use cross functionally. If teams are not on the call, it is easy to send them the call, share the call brief, Highlights, Outline, Transcript, etc. It makes life a lot easier to have teams understand what is needed/requested. I also really like the option to be able to have videos available to be viewed for a certain amount of days and we have the power to set that.
It is always available for calls I need. I noticed that if calls are scheduled last minute, the call might not be recorded, but overall it is usually always available for use.
Yes, everything loads very quickly. I did notice that sometimes the Analyzing takes a little longer then expected though. Because of the delay, I can't always share information or the call as quickly as I hope to.
