Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong for everything from Sales and CS all the way to our Product teams using Gong to help with user research sessions. We're heaviest users on the Sales and CS team, but we also often share clips internally to broader teams to socialize what we're hearing in the market.

- I'd like to be able to ask "what do I owe customers after all of my calls today" and get a list of things I need to do vs. limiting questions to one account
- More functionality in mobile app (for ex. - can't see who accessed calls on mobile)

I use the AI insights several times a day every day - they're very accurate, but sometimes calls take a while to process.
We're in a very competitive space, so competitive insights are key for us.
