Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong for prospecting, using Flows, emails, calls and AI follow up emails. It's integration with Salesforce really helps reduce the amount of time it takes to record notes, populate fields and keep track of conversations and instead allows me more time to focus on talking with prospects & customers. I also love how it allows me to share snippets of calls both internally and externally to knowledge share.

Yes, the follow up emails have been able to reduce the time it takes post demo to summarise the conversation and write out next steps within the email.
I would say this is an area Gong could improve on slightly. It does suggest some actions and next steps at the end of every day but sometimes these fall down as they don't take in full context of previous conversations and usually suggest a task just because they don't have a meeting booked in.
- Allego Sales Enablement Platform, Jiminny and Outreach
I love how Gong combines call recordings and outreach as a tool as it is easier to see previous activity before contacting the prospect or client. The general user experience is much better than Allego and Jiminny. I would say as a pure prospecting tool, I liked the usage and activity stats more in outreach but as a all in one platform, Gong is the best by far.
