Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record sales calls. After the call has finished, we go back to Gong to review the call. The transcript auto generates and AI answers any questions I forgot to write down. It is very helpful in reviewing calls after they have completed for sending follow up emails or getting feedback from peers.

Yes - the AI has saved me so much time. First of all, I no longer need to take notes during meetings because I know Gong will handle that. Secondly, it outlines the call and generates highlights about different parts of the call so they are easy to skip around to and find. Lastly, I can ask the AI specific questions about what happened in the call and it answers it pretty accurately
I can search for keywords that happened in all calls in our sales organization, such as competitors mentioned in a call, questions asked, or features discussed. The keyword search feature makes it easy for me to access trends I want to research that our customers are talking about.
