Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Recording calls and generating insights and follow-up emails.
Asking questions about client accounts to determine churn risks, problems to solve, next steps, what happened over a certain amount of time...
Overall it's a solution I use for account management and it helps me save a lot of time.

Great tool
Yes, the possibility to ask Gong questions about the account based on previous calls and emails really helps me and my team.
At this time, I don't think this has happened, but we've had Gong for a pretty short time. We will see in the future.
Gong is way more advanced for what concerns AI, call recaps and insights, as well as the automatically generated follow up emails.
