Honestly, the only 10/10 I would give to any tech stack.
Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is widely used in our organization and for call recording for both our sales and customer success teams. Additionally, Gong Engage is also used as our outbound sales outreach system. Sales are the heaviest users of our squad, but leadership also uses it to view the pipeline.
Pros
- Call recording.
- Call analytics.
- Outbound flows.
- AI insights.
Cons
- Scheduling function built within Gong Engage.
- Ability to import AI insights into CRM.
- Enhanced integration into Gainsight.
- Savings on being able to consolidate tools.
- Time savings on reps switching between systems.
- Savings on cost over Outreach.iO.
Again, Gongs AI insights are the best of any tool we use or have used. The call summaries, emails, and sentiments are very accurate. The AI emails are precise and require minimum editing. The ability to train the AI is also a benefit, with trackers being a huge benefit, and it is also easy to train them.
The deal boards have allowed greater insight into our teams' performance. The trackers have also helped by giving us aggregated insight into what customers and prospects are saying. The customized trackers have also been great, especially our tracker for competitors. This has helped us quickly identify who we compete against in the real-time market.
- Chorus by ZoomInfo and Outreach
Compared to Chorus and Outreach, Gong and Gong Engage is much easier for our reps not only to use but to master. Additionally, Gong has much fewer sync errors with our CRM than Outreach or Chours, which saves not only our ops team time but our rep's time, as they can more easily access what they need.
