Incredible solution
Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I initially used Gong simply to record calls and help on note-taking. It is an excellent solution to both of those challenges - in particular the AI for summarizing not only calls, but complete accounts is astonishingly good. The reason I love Gong is it delivers so much value beyond those initial requirements. The real value is the way it improves Sales performance - it is excellent at providing direct feedback but also allowing easy reviews of previous calls. I've identified the over-reliance on thinking words; better lines of questioning; and improved at the level of engagement for my audiences. Gong is an astonishingly good tool and essential for any sales team in 2025.

Absolutely - Gong is not only great at capturing the full text of exchanges via the transcripts, but it has an astonishing ability to understand the most salient and important points from any conversation to give an intelligent summary, rather than just a streamlined transcript. This also extends to account wide reviews and analysis too.
Absolutely - it's not only great to review wins and pick out key words, key questions, pain points and even full MEDDICC breakdowns but it is also very very useful at exploring losses - pinpointing what went wrong in terms of wording, questions asked, levels of engagement, proportions of who is speaking and when - all amazing insights to help get better.
