Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I utilise Gong to gain comprehensive visibility into my team's revenue, forecasting, and activity, while also capturing key business insights from every customer engagement. Prior to having Gong, I was reIiant on poor CRM data and 'word-of-mouth' from the team to understand our revenue position.

Gong solves the problem of limited understanding and visibility across the sales pipeline and eliminates the human, emotive elements of sales, which often cloud the true position of sales opportunities. The platform eliminates the 'happy ears' I've historically experienced in other businesses, and provides objective insight and data you can rely on as a Sales Leader, rather than just 'gut feel', instinct and sales team feedback
