Overall Satisfaction with Gong

My team uses Gong to get a clearer idea of our customers goals during the sales cycle. It's also helpful for my team to be more present during calls knowing the notes will be detailed post call and it helps save time putting together strong follow up emails.

As a manager I find Gong helpful to get temp checks on customers in a fast manner that allows me to take action quickly if needed and feel up to date on customers.

It really is easy to use, I wish there were just a bit more prebuilt dashboards which is why I gave it a 9 but I've had to do very little to get up and running and we use it regularly.
We've incorporated it into other tools as well and it's a game changer!
It definitely has, with all AI it's not always 100% accurate but it really feels like an assistant that makes my day to day as a manger easier.
We're working on this now, I think the proactive alerts we get from Gong when you mark a customer as one to follow is a good first step to build out trend insights. Phase two would be to make more customers and potentially a dashboard for tracking.
You also have the ability to select keywords that could be use to start tracking trends.

It is really helpful for me as a manager to get up to speed on a customers experience prior to a call or meeting. I also like how easy it is to jump around on a call and ask questions and be taken to the right moment in the call and hear for yourself so you have all the necessary context.
It's also the first tool I've used like this that has emails as well as calls which is great because any information gaps are usually filled in there.
