Overall Satisfaction with Gong

In my day-to-day interactions with customers, Gong makes it much easier to follow up and prepare for calls. It is a tool that greatly facilitates customer management, and the AI options help save a lot of time. It is as simple as asking what I need to know about a customer so that Gong gives me all the necessary information.

Gong is very useful for anyone who works with customers via calls
Gong provide insights on a daily basis about the action items that I have for the day, it's very helpful because helps me to prepare the topics for my calls
Gong identify risks and opportunities in the conversations with my customers

Gong is great for call follow ups since you can see the email generated with topics that were discussed and also provide action items for the customers but is not very appropiate for when you need a urgent recording from a previous call
