In my day-to-day interactions with customers, Gong makes it much easier to follow up and prepare for calls. It is a tool that greatly facilitates customer management, and the AI options help save a lot of time. It is as simple as asking what I need to know about a customer so that Gong gives me all the necessary information.

- Summarized activities at the beginning and end of day
Gong provide insights on a daily basis about the action items that I have for the day, it's very helpful because helps me to prepare the topics for my calls
