Gong is a really useful sales and revenue enablement tool that captures and helps all of our teams to analyze customer opinion, experience and conversation. We use Gong to provide us with transcripts of all pitches, presentations, client conversations, demos etc. so it records all external facing meetings automatically, and then we can review all of the data and easily search to understand what clients and prospects are saying about us, and how they feel. Very useful for sales and marketing teams, particularly for our Customer Marketing team, to truly understand customer voice.

Gong is a really useful sales and revenue enablement tool that does deliver AI insights to help teams learn about customers. The transcripts are really useful in tracking customer opinion, experience and conversation, and this requires some further analysis to then get to actionable insights, but we are definitely finding things that benefit the business. Results are mostly accurate but do depend on some human review to make sure there aren't any errors or misinterpretations, which we have sometimes seen.
Gong has helped us to build insights into trends with our customers by tracking all customer conversations, pitches and demos so that we can analyse what topics, concerns, need states, pain points etc. come up more regularly. This helps to understanding some of the trends happening on our market but is primarily about customer voice.

Clozd specifically tracks customer voice on win/loss rates. We have used both products as they compliment each other. Gong has better analytics.
