Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We added [Gong.io] recently to better serve our clients and better coach our team. More specifically, we have leveraged it to help coach our sales and support team by reviewing the call recordings to find actionable items to identify keywords and trends and train the team in real time to drive better results throughout the organization.
Pros
- It was very easy to intergrade with both Google and Ring Central
- Easy to search by words
- Easy to program items you want to make sure certain departments are touching on
Cons
- The onboarding would be better if it could quickly match the org chart to the team setup
- Support sends out generic emails on integration instead of providing insights on FAQs
- Speed up feedback loops for training
- Provided insights we can leverage to compare top performers vs poor performers
- All positives so far
HubSpot CRM has a great call recording system it just does not have the same level of actionable items since its primarily a CRM.
Nextiva is much more cumbersome since it is primarily a phone system that happens to have recordings but again you have to hunt and find calls instead of having that real time data at your fingertips. It is really comparing apples and oranges
